About the Community

Brooktree is a covenant-controlled community consisting of 48 one- and two-bedroom privately-owned townhouse units. It conveniently boasts easy access to world-class skiing, hiking, mountain biking trails, exquisite shopping, fine dining in Vail Village, and two free Town of Vail bus stops.

Parking

Parking for 1 vehicle per unit is allowed by permit only through Simply Permits. Our permits are electronic and issued online. Access is obtained from the owner or the property management company hosting your stay.

Booted, ticketed, or towed? Our parking is enforced at multiple random times per day and night. If you need assistance, call Colorado Booting at (970) 306-8687.

Town Bus Access

Please use the stairs between buildings A and B to reach Vail View Drive where the Town of Vail bus stops are located. Do not use Sandstone Park access stairs or trespass on Sandstone Creek Club private property.

Location & Directions

Getting Here

From the Frontage Road North off of I-70, turn North on Red Sandstone Drive. Turn left immediately after the guardrail by the small structure (if you reach Vail View Drive, you've gone too far). Cross the bridge, then turn left into the parking lot. Additional parking is available in the 4 spaces on the bridge (permit required).
